Caila Stangl

A graduate of OCAD University with a bachelor’s in Advertising, Caila kicked off her career at Jackman reinvents, a retail reinvention company. After a career in brand design at Jackman, she teamed up with Kirsten Gauthier and Lindsay Durney to launch Public Office in 2017. Public Office is a Creative Services agency that has worked on global brands including Sonos, Starbucks Canada, Roots Canada, Hudson’s Bay Company, and Pandora. 

Leading with humility and empathy to inspire impactful work she steers a talented team of designers, who create intelligent and beautiful solutions that connect with people and drive results. She’s worked across a multitude of industries and is insatiably curious; industries, such as retail, social enterprise, hospitality, technology, education and beyond.

Dom Michaud


Since 2009, Dom has served as a lawyer at Robins Appleby, advancing to the position of partner in 2017. His expertise lies in business law litigation. Additionally, he has been an active member of the Good Foot Board since 2014. His educational background includes a LLB in Law from the University of New Brunswick, specialized studies in International Law at Aarhus Universitet, and a BA in Political Science from McGill University.

David Wilkinson

David is an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities focusing on building and preserving wealth for individuals, families, corporations and charitable organizations.  David holds both a BA in Economics and Political Science from McGill University and his Juris Doctorate (Hons.) from Australia’s Bond University.  He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2008 and has worked, studied and lived in Australia, China, Chicago, New York and Toronto. In addition to his work with Good Foot, he is actively involved in Childhood Cancer Canada, Ducks Unlimited, and the Georgian Bay Land Trust.

Connor Whitworth

Connor Whitworth has provided public affairs and communications counsel to many of Canada’s most successful businesses and their leaders. He actively supports organizations and their teams when facing mission critical matters, readying them to achieve their goals, navigate complex circumstances and protect their reputations.

Connor has significant experience assisting with public affairs mandates, related to crisis and issues management, reputation recovery, government relations, investor relations, stakeholder engagement, transaction communication support, and digital activation.

Before joining Teneo, Connor was a senior executive at a publicly traded licensed producer of cannabis where he was responsible for corporate affairs and strategic communications. Before his time in the cannabis industry, Connor was a leader at one of Canada’s premier crisis communications and reputation management firms, based in Toronto.

Heather Smierciak

Heather is an executive search professional who is the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition and Enterprise Sourcing at Scotiabank.  She first got introduced to Good Foot Delivery when they launched a mentorship program with Deloitte and Heather mentored two Couriers with a goal to build their skills and strengthen long-term employability.  Having earned a Master of Library and Information Science degree, Heather takes a data and research-driven approach to recruitment in order to build robust and diverse teams.  Heather champions diversity & inclusion by driving targeted recruitment methodologies and strategically leveraging external partnerships. 

Aaron Wolfe

Aaron, a seasoned investor and entrepreneur, is driven by a mission to empower those around him to unlock their potential and achieve their aspirations.  His commitment to this cause is exemplified through:

  1. The establishment of SagePoint Capital Partners, a firm he co-founded in 2021 to support forward-thinking, high-growth Canadian entrepreneurs and enterprises.
  2. Serving as a Mentor at WoodGreen Community Services, where he guides new professionals to Canada as part of their Community Connections Volunteer Team.
  3. His involvement with Good Foot Delivery.

Aaron is a staunch advocate for growth and innovation, always staying attuned to the latest in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) best practices.
